"future primitive" by Richard Burbridge for i-D Magazine

This wildly colorful fashion editorial for i-D Magazine features fiery haired model Codie Young. This series blends futuristic elements with current fashion themes in an effort to create something brilliantly bold. Photographer Richard Burbridge calls this vibrant editorial 'Future Primitive.' 

In this funky fashion series, Young rocks metallic outfits, nautical-themed jackets, bizarre headpieces and long edgy overcoats. However, the most eye-catching portion of this series is probably the makeup Young is sporting. In some shots she has carrot colored eyebrows, and in others her brows are lime green. She rocks equally unusual lipstick shades, creating looks that are impossible to ignore.
